You agree not to:

• Equito is not a party to any agreement, partnership, or arrangement entered into between users
• Equito does not guarantee any particular outcome from connections made on the platform
• Users are solely responsible for conducting their own due diligence before entering any collaboration

• Any agreement templates or AI-generated outputs provided by Equito are for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal advice
• Users must independently verify the suitability of any template for their specific circumstances
• Equito is not responsible for any disputes, losses, or claims arising from the use of these materials

Equito provides workspace tools to facilitate collaboration. We do not guarantee the success of any collaboration, alignment between co-founders, or the viability of any venture formed through the platform.

• Users retain ownership of content they create and share on the platform
• By using Equito, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to use your content solely for the purpose of providing platform functionality

Equito uses algorithmic and manual processes to suggest potential co-founder matches. We make no guarantee that any match will result in a successful partnership or collaboration.

Equito reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at any time for violations of these terms or conduct deemed harmful to the platform or its users.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Equito shall not be liable for any decisions made, losses incurred, or disputes arising from the use of the platform or from collaborations between users.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Equito, its team, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, your content, or your violation of these terms.

Equito may update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the platform. Continued use of Equito after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
